A supportive, creative space for young people’s wellbeing!

We love hearing about this project from Cedar Mount Academy 42nd Street, which provides a chance for autonomy and creativity supported by a youth worker, timetabled during school time, boosting attendance and wellbeing.

This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek , we’ve focused on taking moments for movement - but you should also take moments for rest.

Rest comes in many different forms, and we need different types at different times.

Resting can improve our mood, reduce stress and anxiety and more. 💜

So fantastic to see the support and passion from Trafford Thrive MHST for tackling inequalities highlighted by young people via their #BeeWell survey data!
