Cllr Shaun Hughes seemed to doubt what he was reading and asked Cllr Rigby if he had it correct that the proposal is that a youngster coming into Bath on a 50cc scooter will be charged the same as a 1.5 litre 1990 Diesal Astra - £15 a day. She confirmed - yep that is the proposal.

It’s clear from the Council Chief Executive’s past behaviour, and this missive to residents, that the Council officers and LibDem politicians are clear who is in charge. Them, not taxpayers.

🚨 BREAKING: Inflation falls to 3.4%.

A year ago, it was at 11.1%.

This is good news for everyone in this country and shows the plan is working.
