LD were a minority partner.
Numbers weren’t there to do a deal with Lab.
Lab also proposed austerity.

Bill hikes are a kick in the teeth from disgraced firms who are destroying the environment with raw sewage, delivering poor customer service, and expecting the public to pick up the tab.

Ministers need to block bill hikes and force these companies to clean up their own mess.
