UPDATE | A fourth man has been charged in the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, CityNews Vancouver is reporting.
Amandeep Singh, 22, was arrested Saturday, IHIT has shared. He was already in custody with the Peel Regional Police for unrelated firearm charges.
