#NeverForgotten . BLM AFS smokejumper Dave Liston was fatally injured during a pre-season refresher jump on this day in 2000. Dave was a Midnight Sun Hotshot (95-97) and North Star Fire Crew squad boss (97) before became a smokejumper in 1998.
