Culinary students Clifton-CDS delighted us with samples of Chocolate Cinnamon Cricket Cake at “Food of the Future”. This semester, students worked w/food producers and chefs to create innovative dishes using unique sustainable ingredients like crickets!

Use the Single-Use Plastics action card as the framework for auditing single-use plastic habits at school. Students can develop an awareness campaign & plan to encourage positive changes.
