The CA Women's Care Act prioritizes maternal-infant bonding by providing alternatives to incarceration for pregnant/postpartum mothers while fostering healthier outcomes for families.

#AB3127 aims to update California's medical-mandated reporting law for adult violent injuries, enhancing safety and healthcare access for survivors of domestic, sexual, and interpersonal violence. It will restrict mandated reporting to firearm and life-threatening injuries.
