Dyson my nana's bought a new DC59 - registering online, serial number cannot be found 👎 & the URL for filter wash clip in manual is 404 👎👎👎

Dyson also the wash filter does not 'simply lift out' the small spindle is hard to get grip of for the force that's seemingly required to pull out
