The circularity of low quality evidenced recommendations going back to the most corrupt, not fit for purpose, org on Earth, WPATH, was exposed in the Cass Review and their response is gibberish cult speak.

Apparently, the highest quality evidence is either small samples, preferably self-selected and giving desired responses, or large samples, where activist groups recruit the survey respondents to skew results falsely sold as objective.
