This is the first fully British built tank in 22 years - the Challenger 3 🇬🇧

Cutting-edge upgrades are now underway in Telford to make this the most lethal tank in British Army 🇬🇧 history - giving our soldiers the firepower they need to defend Britain.

Today, it was my honour to host Général Pierre Chef d'état-major de l'armée de Terre and accompany TRH The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and Hélène Duchêne at the Anglo-French Changing of the Guard, marking 120 years of Entente Cordiale. We remain two nations ‘linked together in their cause and in their need.’

Today marks 75 years of NATO unity, strength and collaboration. We have been at the heart of NATO since its formation in 1949 and stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow members. Together #WeAreNATO #NATO75
