How can the American telemetry networks produce similar improvements in telemetry research to to European Tracking Network and Integrated Marine Observing System ? Clearly GLATOS Telemetry is doing an amazing job but has the advantage of a relatively closed system. Thoughts? FACT_Network ACT Network?

EXACTLY 🙌🙌 compatibility (incl. OP and any further developments) are a GLOBAL issue. All manufacturers except Innovasea will gladly offer OP (without fees 👀) to ANY researcher - in Europe or elsewhere 🐟 the needs of the community should drive the developments, period.
