The decision made by the Arizona Supreme Court today is unconscionable and an affront to freedom.

Abortion is healthcare— and Arizonans have a right to individual autonomy.

While Arizona’s Supreme Court upholds an 1864 law criminalizing abortion, I am committed to voting YES on the Arizona Right to Abortion Initiative this November.

51 years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Roe v. Wade. Now without it, this day is a rallying cry to enshrine the right to an abortion.
