And people ask why after being raised Christian, I have rejected organized churches.

Org 1: Stated mission of inclusivity, has a DEI committee whose input they regularly dismiss.

Org 2: Has no DEI committee, only mentions equity and inclusion in their code of conduct, has board members who regularly discuss and implement inclusive policies.

Choose wisely.
