The Serbian speeches at CoE, using the plight of human rights of Serbs, were incredibly hypocritical while thousands of Albanians in the Presheva Valley have been removed from the civil registry denying them all basic rights; healthcare, education, right to vote etc

Congratulations to Kosova. The requested 2/3 majority in the PACE was clearly achieved and is even a 3/4 majority (76,6 %). Its up to the Committee of Ministers now to react and to welcome Kosova in the Council of Europe.
