I have covered tons of protests over the years and the cop response to Columbia University tonight was more than I’ve ever seen. It felt like they were using these student protestors as an excuse to play with their military toys.

Jeffrey Dahmer had more decency and compassion than this man.

They have closed entire New York roads to traffic so that no one can come in to stop the world's largest police force from beating college kids up for protesting a genocide.

Minouche Shafik requests maintained NYPD presence on Columbia’s campus through at least May 17th. This administration would rather militarize its community than divest from the genocidal State of Israel.

Police were quite literally throwing tables and pushing students down the stairs until one passed out. Inviting the NYPD onto campus at Columbia University University has both destroyed more property and endangered more people than the original occupation of the building.
