Can only echo Dr Zoe Black 's sentiments. Rollercoaster 12 months of planning made possible by a great team and community who supported it. Hope all delegates and speakers shared my impressions of #DSEP2023 being an enlightening, encouraging, and inspiring couple of days.

I always feel a little deflated when a project comes to an end, especially one that has been 12 months in the making! Richard Simpson sums this up perfectly; friendship and togetherness. Those struck me at my first DSEP conference, brilliant if others shared those feelings again!

Nothing sets you up better for Christmas than presenting your sport psychology research in front of peers and colleagues from near and far! 🎄
