Amazing thread as usual Alf. Given the sensitivity of longer-term bonds to changes in rates, if nominal growth suffers a shock that depresses short-end rates further, a lot of long term portfolios, if unhedged, will go underwater. Dangerous territory to be treading indeed.

Oh yeah. Particularly when one uses them with map() and filter().
