My understanding, based on well-informed sources, is a report *is* coming & Capitol Hill was told it's being finalized.

Given the pressure from Congress & outside advocates on this (+ extensive US gov work already done) hard to see how the admin pulls off an indefinite delay.

The Biden admin looks to be responding as Matt Duss feared: buying the Israeli line that the operation is limited, fueling debate in DC over whether that's true.

For people on the ground fleeing blindly amid 🔼 bombardment + loss of their only escape route, the question is moot.
