Government has No money for Dei Bio Pharma Ltd. Instead, money for Dei Bio is being diverted from Ugx 666 billion meant for public debt servicing.
Last year, Directors of Dei Bio told Parliament of Uganda's budget committee that this project would cost USD 1 billion (Ugx 3.9 trillion).
