Yesterday I logged a call for a broken cable and loss of a phase of electricity to my house. Reported it on the City of Cape Town app at 11.30 am. They arrived at 1.30. The cable was fixed by 2pm. I would never not vote for Democratic Alliance. I just want a city that works. It's the only option.
