The worldā€™s largest diamond, Cullinan Diamond, was stolen from Africa and pieces put on the British sovereign crown, royal scepter and the rest in the royal jewel collection.

The British claimed it given to them as a symbol of friendship and peace yet it was during colonialism.

Africa is portrayed as a continent without history before slavery and colonialism. African History isn't known by many people compared to the history of Europe, Americas, and Asia.

Some of the world's great civilisations such as Mali flourished in Africa.

Body scarification is practiced among many ethnic groups in South Sudan, and they give identity to the tribe and beauty to its women. Men of the Dinka tribe scar their faces with three parallel lines across the forehead in a rugged display of courage to the tribe.

For the rural Dinka people of South Sudan, cattle are at the center of their culture.
They use them as currency, treat them as objects of beauty, and fight tribal battles over them. White is the Dinkas' favorite color for cattle.

Men of the Wodaabe tribe, who live in the Sahel, come together each year for arguably the most intense beauty pageant and judged by women.

The women, who are married, could chose to be 'stolen' by one of the better-looking men, leaving their husbands behind.
