Imagine this was Russian intelligence forces threatening Ukrainian journalists. It would be all over the news and they would be rightly hailed as heroic, but the killing and targeting of Palestinians, including journalists, is normalized because they are dehumanized.

Especially insidious to see this talking point deployed by genocide apologists considering the death toll is probably many times higher than what’s been reported
