We enjoyed a lovely Saturday at the Carnival put together by Norris Green Community Alliance! It was great to spend the day decorating cakes, practicing yoga, as well as offering information about our Adult Learning Services that are really beneficial within our local community😊

I’ve been out this morning with ⁦lan Byrne MP⁩ (Lab) and Cllr Alan Gibbons LCI to join in protests about the defunding of Breck Road and Dovecot Libraries which are now facing closure.

Today I joined the demo at DovecotMAC to help save this vital community library from closure due to withheld council funding. Liam Robinson & the leadership team must meet with Alt Valley Community Trust and fix this. I won’t stand by while political decisions destroy community resources in West
