#SportHour A3. Success in womens sport in Scotland would see a bigger platform and equal coverage of sport with the same number of opportunities for women and girls as there are for men and boys.
#SportHour A3. Ensuring women and girls that take part in sport are recognised for what they do and the journey they go on which may lead to inspiring others to take part in sport and physical activity.
#SportHour A2. More promotion on success of female athletes and other success stories of women and girls taking part in sport and how others overcome the barriers.
#SportHour A2. Allowing no place for negative comments based on outdated stereotypes in sport and focusing on the positives is key to breaking these barriers and encouraging more girls to participate in their chosen sports.
#SportHour A1. Seeing more and more female representation in sport on TV (in different roles) is making a massive difference to attitudes and perceptions of women’s sport and giving both girls and boys positive female role models in sport!
