UPDATE: The House Education Committee voted 10-10 on SB 341 (a forced outing bill, with no committee recommendation. This means that it will be up for a full House floor vote soon and must be stopped.

GOOD NEWS: The House Education Committee voted 19-1 to 'interim study' SB 375 (a trans-exclusionary sports bill and bathroom ban), which means it has a fighting chance of being defeated this session.

BREAKING: Today the NH Senate voted to pass SB 341, a bill that would forcibly out LGBTQ+ youth, and SB 375, a trans-exclusionary sports bill. These bills create harmful, unsafe, and less inclusive spaces for LGBTQ+ youth and head to the NH House where they must be stopped.
