Hot off the heels of the London Marathon, the countdown is on for the ABP Newport Marathon Festival, which returns this Sunday (28 April) to the streets of Newport.

This morning, ABP's Port of Ayr saw the arrival of the first vessel for the upcoming North Kyle Windfarm project in East Ayrshire.

The first 17 towers sections of what is to be a 49-turbine windfarm in south west Scotland, arrived aboard the Southern Rock from Santander, Spain.
