NORMAL SHOULDER MEASUREMENTS on AP view: ●GHJ space <6 mm. ●ACJ should be no greater than 7 mm. ●Coracoclavicular distance no greater than 13 mm ●AHD (Acromiohumeral distance) <7 mm is highly suggestive of a large rotator cuff tear.
