When I glimpse the top flight or international games, it seems awash with infants such as this. Millionaire infants. No understanding of our game or our traditions. Not sure what the Prem is anymore but it isn’t football.

In 1997 Chesterfield were done by a lack of technology. Goal-line tech is fantastic: unobtusive in determining black and white, match-winning decisions. But my worry with bringing in that tech was the slippery slope theory - and in 2024, here we are.
