I know it's pure conjecture but in a more deprived area, are women going to have time to pursue this and to actually have time off to see a Dr?

Currently know a couple of women in menopause who are battling with their GP's over getting HRT. One of them has been referred to a sleep clinic and another told to undertake a course of CBT; despite both patients advocating the need for HRT.
