Please, please introduce realistic penalties for this meanest of crimes.
Pam Ayres MBE The lengths these particular thieves went to to get to the dogs showed just how determined they were. The family are devastated,I don’t think they’ll ever get over the trauma. The punishment for dog thefts needs to match the emotional harm it causes. #findmissyandbiscuit
