Already singled out for being fostered (still no reason given as to why!) she is now a target for bullies because of the clothes & shoes she wears. I went to Clarkes got her measured, bought new shoes every 6 weeks when she grew & brand new clothes on £88 per *month*

As I’ve mentioned before if my concerns aren’t addressed privately then I will do it publicly, I have been raising this issue with various social workers for over 2 *years.* This is NEGLECT as badly fitting shoes cause bone deformation leading to foot issues later in life.
