Do you need to show political affiliation use the NHS, emergency services, drive on the roads or get your bins collected? Those are instances of the government looking after all people in Scotland.

@BeholdPazuzu Centralising the budget for the SNHS for starters my dad 85 having to go 100 miles away for scans and treatment. Concentrating on Independence when the majority don’t want it.The council cuts means cuts to vital service but not to the independence budget.
