Based on US crypto adoption growth rates, I suspect this election year will be the last time a government can feasibly win while still being anti-crypto.

Stock-to-Flow model simplified: ALL bitcoin gain (and more) has been around halvings!

- green line = buy 6 months before halving, sell 18 months after
- red line = buy 18 months after halving, sell 6 months before
- blue line = green line + red line = buy & hold BTC

Average bitcoin price 2020-2024 halving cycle was $34k. A bit below 2019 S2F prediction of $55k, but still in normal range and not bad given BTC<$4k when prediction was made. Refit of S2F with new data (below) shows similar parameters & results: $0.5m 2024-2028 and $4m 2028-2032

Bitcoin miner revenue halves after halvings, and bounces back in 2-5 months (because BTC prices doubles!):
- 2012: revenue drops $3m->$1.5m, back in 2 months
- 2016: drop $60m->$30m, back in 4 months
- 2020: drop $500m->$250m, back in 5 months

Adoption of new technology (like bitcoin) follows an S-curve, a logistic function (right chart).
Most people don't understand that logistic growth in the first 50% adoption is exponential (yellow square).
This means bitcoin price growth must be exponential until ~50% adoption.
